D-Limonene Directions and/or Dosage

Adults 18 years of age and older, upon first experiencing symptoms, swallow 1 softgel every other day for 20 days and 1 softgel as needed for occasional relief thereafter. When taken in combination with other immune therapies, consult a healthcare professional for recommended dose. Best if taken half an hour before or 1 hour after meals, with water. Not formulated for children. Do not bite or chew. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Do not use if you are pregnant, nursing, have gastritis or peptic ulcer disease. If you are taking any medications, consult a healthcare professional prior to use. If symptoms persist, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. Keep out of reach of children. This product has a tamper-evident foil pouch. Do not use if foil or plastic is punctured. Store at room temperature. Avoid excessive heat and direct sunlight.
